Karin Lefsrud is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She has been practicing since 2017 and is currently completing Manual Osteopathic Practitioner training, with anticipated completion in September 2026.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), With Distinction, and a Juris Doctor.
Her work integrates therapeutic massage, myofascial release (John F. Barnes’ Approach®), craniosacral therapy, cupping, Spinal Flow® Technique, Thai Yoga Massage, Lomi Lomi (Sacred Lomi), and osteopathic-informed manual techniques. She also incorporates breathwork and Somatic Stress Release™ (Dr. Scott Lyons), supporting nervous system regulation and stress pattern release.
